If you are scheduled to referee at a remote field, you must check in at those fields.
For Oso fields, the check-in is at the Tournament HQ tent.

Referee Guidelines
We're running a very busy tournament, and time is essential. Games must start on time and end at least 5 minutes prior to the next game scheduled.
Please read the following guidelines:
Check‑In Requirements
- Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your assignment for check-in.
- Referees who do NOT check in on time will be replaced by a standby referee.
- Referees must be in full uniform at check-in.
Game Timing & Flow
- Game slot length: 75 minutes.
- 10U–12U: 2×25‑minute halves, 5‑minute break.
- 14U–19U: 2×30‑minute halves, 5‑minute break.
- Games end at the 65‑minute mark or 5 minutes before the next game.
- No additional time allowed.
Game Procedures
- Quick player safety check (1 minute).
- Home team chooses field side and provides game ball.
- Visiting team kicks off.
Communication & Match Cards
- Field marshals assist with communication.
- You will receive the match card at check-in.
- Return completed match cards to the field marshal immediately after the game.
