Tournament Application & Forms
Before You Apply
Registration is NOW OPEN for boys and girls 10U, 12U, 14U, 16U, and 19U AYSO Teams (Core, Select, All Stars, Extra, etc. are all invited to apply — we will do our best to flight divisions accordingly).
The tournament guarantees:
- Minimum 3 games per team in competitively-flighted divisions.
- Trophy + medals for championship team in each flight of each division.
- Medals for all runner-up teams, and for 3rd-place teams in flights with more than 4 teams.
- Pins for all players and coaches.
- On-site food for purchase, restrooms, trashcans, and other amenities.
Step 1: Complete the Online Application
Registration for the Mission Viejo Classic Tournament consists of 3 steps:

Step 2: Make Payment
Right after you submit your application, you will be given a link (on the submission page as well as via email) to make payment via credit card for your team.
Paying via credit card is the preferred method of payment and will result in the quickest method of the referee reimbursement fee.
We will accept checks if and only if your region requires you to make payment via check. If so, please email [email protected] for instructions.
Step 3: Complete and Email Required Forms
Your application is not considered complete until all required forms are submitted.

Team Roster (REQUIRED)
Additional Roster Notes
- Roster changes allowed until Team Check-in.
- Players must have played in the most recent AYSO season.
- Up to 3 guest players allowed with proper signatures.
Player Roster Limits
- 16U, 19U: 18 players max; 11v11
- 14U: 15 players max; 11v11
- 12U: 12 players max; 9v9
- 10U: 10 players max; 7v7
